Use Your Fingers Like Eyes! |
|---|
As a species, we humans
act in an aggressive manner--we “attack” things. |
It is in our genes! It is what we
do. |
| Medicine employs this aggressive behavior--much to our good! If someone has a cancer, doctors attack it with sharp scalpels and harsh chemicals, and the person’s life is saved! If someone has an organ that no longer works, doctors aggressively cut it out and replace it with an organ that does work, and the person’s life is saved! The list goes on and on. Medicine’s aggressive behavior can be very beneficial. |
However, aggressive behavior by doctors
and complementary practitioners can also be harmful. This is when people
suffer “Chronic Pain.” Doctors,
employing their aggressive paradigm, attack the pain with scalpels,
drugs and electrical devices--and millions continue to suffer! |
Complementary practitioners attack chronic
pain by inserting needles into our bodies. Others attack chronic
pain with intrusive massage. There is one form of massage, in high vogue
these days, called “Trigger
Point Massage” where practitioners attack the “trigger
point” by
pressing on it with pressure that causes intense pain--aggressive behavior
at work. |
The Schatz Technique™ is
different. It is outside the paradigm of Aggressive
Behavior. And, being so, it is difficult for practitioners locked inside the paradigm of Aggressive Behavior to wrap their minds around the concept
that gentle exploration of the tissues can produce profoundly beneficial
effects--can actually reverse the condition that causes Chronic Pain! |
A recipient of The
Schatz Technique™ once said: “its as if your
fingers have eyes.” Indeed, that is the essence of The
Schatz Technique™
(This book will tell you how). |
